These are beautiful little desserts that can be served as appetizers or they just will be good for your breakfast.

Main elements are beautiful slices of strawberries, placed around the glass. There are biscuit crumbs as a crunchy element at the bottom and creamy Greek yogurt. Easy, tasty and almost healthy.

By the way, make yogurt strawberry appetizers ahead, they can last a couple days in your fridge!

yogurt strawberry appetizer

This recipe makes about 4 small glasses (50 ml). You can sweeten yogurt with sugar to your taste, but it has bold flavor with sweet strawberries – beautiful as it is. To make more indulgent dessert, substitute yogurt to heavy cream, but of course yogurt is more healthy option. Use your favorite yogurt! Vanilla maybe? Try different variations! However, it’s best with thick, dense yogurt, such as Greek yogurt or Skyr.

We think it is a beautiful way to serve the yogurt strawberry appetizer. Moreover, it is nice to have this dessert in a glass as a snack, why not? And it so easy, even kids can have fun to make it!

What else can you add to this dessert? Chocolate! You can grate some chocolate on top. Also, you can blend yogurt with fresh strawberries to make strawberry yogurt. But red strawberries a perfect on white.

Have fun in your kitchen!
