  • 2 avocado small
  • 3 kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 melissa leaves (lemon balm) for decoration


  • Remove skin from avocado, kiwi and banana. Remove stone from avocado. 
  • Put avocado, kiwi and banana in a blender. Add juice of 1 lime and half a cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into the glasses, decorate with melissa. Enjoy this fresh smoothie immediately.
