This time our Cooking Journey team decided to make healthy green smoothie recipe! Main ingredients for this smoothie – are avocado, kiwi and banana.

This smoothie is not only healthy, but also delicious, creamy and fresh. Lemon with kiwi adds a little bit of pleasant acidic taste. Actually it is perfect drink or even snack substitution for any time of the day. And you will like it even if you are no keen on avocado!

Ingredients
  • 2 avocado small
  • 3 kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 melissa leaves for decoration
Instructions
  1. Remove skin from avocado, kiwi and banana. Remove stone from avocado. 

  2. Put avocado, kiwi and banana in a blender. Add juice of 1 lime and half a cup of water. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into the glasses, decorate with melissa. Enjoy this fresh smoothie immediately.
