Cauliflower breadsticks – Cauliflower cheese bread
Cauliflower breadsticks is a great snack with cheese, garlic and spices. What’s great this recipe is suitable for gluten free, low carb and vegetarian diets.

4 cups riced cauliflower
/130 g /4.6 oz

Cut the cauliflower into florets and put them in food processor to chop until remind rice. You need about 4 cups of riced cauliflower for this recipe.
Put rice cauliflower in a pan, cover with few cups of water, and let it simmer for about 4 minutes until it’s soft and tender, stirring. Let it cool a little.
Prepare a clean cheesecloth and a bowl. Place cooked cauliflower rice and squeeze as much liquid as you can from it.
Add pea meal, spices and shredded mozzarella. Mix together until everything is combined and smooth. Add 2 eggs to the mixture and stir until combined.
Prepare a baking tray lined with a parchment paper and put cauliflower mixture in thin layer.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes 425 F / 220 C.
Add more cheese on top, sprinkle spices and bake about 5-6 minutes until cheese melted.
Remove from the oven, let the cauliflower bread cool for about 10 minutes, then cut into breadsticks.
Serve warm or cold with sauce!
