Ingredients
  • 155 g roasted pumpkin without skin 5,5 oz
  • 100 g sour cream 3,5 oz
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder or chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp dry parsley or chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes for decoration
Instructions
