Baked apple – Healthy Halloween treats
Baked apple is a perfect Halloween treat recipe! Stuffed with prunes and almond slices. You can sweeten them with honey or with sugar syrup for vegan version.

Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C
Remove the core from the apples, but leave a little space at the bottom to hold the stuffing.
Insert prunes in the apples, then almond slices.
Put a teaspoon of honey or caramel syrup on top of the stuffing.
Put apples in the baking dish. Add a splash of water, so that apples will not burn or stick at the bottom.
Bake 20-30 minutes until apples are soft.
Serve hot or cold with ice cream or yogurt, if you wish
