Combine all the dry ingredients – oats, coconut, almond flakes, then add raisins. Mix together, add cinnamon and mix again.
2 cups oats, 1/2 cup almond flakes, 1/4 cup desiccated coconut, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Add coconut oil and syrup and mix to evenly coat the oat mixture. Use a spoon or help with your fingers.
2 tbsp coconut oil**, 3 tbsp golden syrup*
Bake for 10-14 minutes until golden. Stir 1-2 times during the baking and rotate the baking dish. Let it cool before storing.***
Serve for breakfast with yogurt and berries.
