Instructions
Preheat oven to 340 F / 170 C.
In a bowl whisk the eggs.

In a sauce pan on the low heat melt butter.
150 g butter
Remove the pan from heat and stir in sugar.
160 g confectioner’s sugar
Gradually add the egg mixture into the pan with butter and sugar, stirring frequently.
Stir in the flour and cocoa until well combined.
60 g all-purpose flour,
40 g cocoa powder (at least 30% cocoa)
Transfer the mixture into the greased baking tray.
Sink in peach halves and chocolate squares.
6 peach halves from can,
8 squares dark chocolate
Bake about
40 minutes
until cooked - check with skewer.
Sprinkle with coconut flakes and serve hot with yogurt or ice cream.
