Instructions
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients.
2 cups all-purpose flour,
1 tbsp sugar,
2 tsp baking powder,
1 tsp baking soda,
½ tsp salt
Make a well in the center. Pour buttermilk in the well.

Combine until there are no lumps. Few lumps are Ok.
Whisk in eggs.

Add melted butter.

Whisk batter and let it stand
10 minutes
.
Heat a pan/skillet/griddle on a medium heat. Add a 3/4 ladle of pancake batter in the center of the pan.
Wait until pancake starts to bubble, around 2-3 minutes. Flip. Cook 1 minute more on the other side and transfer to the plate.
Serve with butter and syrup.
