Ingredients
  • 12 leaves baby salad mix (beet greens, spinach, arugula)
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 10 g walnuts /0.35 oz
  • 1/2 rhubarb stalk
Strawberry sauce
  • 25 g olive oil /0.88 oz
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp wine vinegar
Instructions
  1. Place salad leaves on a plate

  2. Blend all ingredients for the dressing

  3. Cut strawberries in half, thinly slice apple. Leave apples in lemon juice.

  4. Cut rhubarb stalk in half, then lengthwise in quarters.

  5. Put prepared fruits on salad leaves.

  6. Sprinkle with walnuts

  7. Serve fresh with dressing aside
