Ingredients
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 stems parsley
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup split pea meal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
Instructions
  1. Cook cauliflower 3-4 minutes with 2 tbsp water on a low heat, stirring.
  2. Remove from heat and drain well, using the sieve.
  3. Add cooked cauliflower in a food processor and pulse few times. Add parsley and process until combined.
  4. At this stage you can also transfer cauliflower mixture to the sieve and squeeze excess liquid.
  5. Combine honey will all spices.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine cauliflower-parsley mixture with eggs.
  7. Add honey with spices, mix together.
  8. Gradually add both flour mixtures until combined together. If it too sticky add a little more flour.
  9. Cook in a pan with oil for about 2-3 minutes from each side, until browned.
  10. Serve with unflavored yogurt.
