Roasted cauliflower Parmesan steak can be an easy vegetarian main or  side dish for your dinner or lunch.

Delicious keto, gluten-free,  meat-free meal for anyone.

Cauliflower Parmesan recipe doesn’t need frying or boiling. There are no flour or bread crumbs in the recipe. 

Lets start cooking! Preheat the oven to 410 F / 210 C. Cut cauliflower into thick steaks for roasting, leaving the stem. 

Then generously brush both sides of cauliflower with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake cauliflower steaks 40 minutes until edges are browned. 

This easy cauliflower recipe features homemade Marinara sauce and our 2 favorite cheeses – Parmesan and Mozzarella. 

Add Marinara Sauce on top of each baked cauliflower steak. Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella, then Parmesan cheese on top of each cauliflower steak.

Return the steaks in the oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts. Serve immediately, preferably with fresh basil or parsley.
