Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g chocolate chips 3,5 oz
  • 380 g thick pumpkin puree 13,4 oz
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 120 g whole wheat flour 4,2 oz
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal (oat flour)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F / 180 C

  2. Combine all dry ingredients. Make a well in the center.

  3. Combine all wet ingredients (first 5 in the list). Gently pour wet ingredients in the center. Stir until smooth.

  4. Stir in chocolate chips.

  5. Line 25 cm / 10 inch bread pan with parchment paper. Pour in batter, smooth the top wit spatula.

  6. Bake 50-60 minutes until inserted wooden skewer comes out clean.
