Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F / 180 C.
Combine all dry ingredients. Make a well in the center.
1/4 tsp cinnamon,
1/4 tsp ground coriander,
1/2 tsp cardamom,
1/4 tsp salt,
1 cup whole wheat flour,
1/2 cup oatmeal,
1/2 tsp baking powder,
1/2 tsp baking soda
Combine all wet ingredients.
1/2 cup vegetable oil,
1/4 cup milk,
2 eggs,
1 ½ cups thick pumpkin puree
Gently pour wet ingredients in the center. Stir until smooth.
Stir in sugar.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Line bread pan with parchment paper. Pour in batter, smooth the top with spatula.
Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.

until inserted wooden skewer comes out clean.
Notes
Let the pumpkin chocolate chip bread cool for 15-20 minutes before cutting.
